What to do when PUBG MOBILE freezes (or forced termination / falling / communication error occurs)

・ App update
・ OS update
・ Restart the app
・ Delete the application cache
・ Restart of smartphone
・ Play in a stable communication environment (such as home Wi-fi)

・ Play in a higher spec environment (smartphone etc.)

 

 

・ App update

Let's check if it is the latest version in the store.

 

To automatically update an app on an Android device:

Launch the Google Play Store app.
Tap Menu [Settings].
Tap 'Auto-update app'.
Select one of the following items. Always update automatically: Always update the app using Wi-Fi or mobile data.

 

 

 

 

Enable automatic app update on iPhone:
1. Tap "Settings" from the home screen
2. Select "iTunes Store and App Store"
3. Turn on automatic update

 

Manually update on iPhone (check for apps that can be updated)

-Specific apps only:

From the "Update" tab of the "App Store" app, tap the "Update" icon next to the app

-All apps:

Iphone

1. Open [Safari] from [Settings] screen
2. Tap [Clear history and website data] at the bottom of the screen

Android

1. Tap "App List" on the home screen of the Android smartphone.
2. Tap "Settings".
3. When "Settings" opens, tap "App" from the list.
4. Tap the app you want to clear the cache.
5. Tap "Storage".
6. Tap "Delete Cache".

 

 

 

・ Restart of smartphone

Press and hold the power button to restart the unit.

 

・ Play in a stable communication environment (such as home Wi-fi)

Even for mobile routers, fixed type is better.

 

・ Cool the smartphone
